Looking for something fun do to with the kids over break? Join us for our FREE Christmas Break programs! All programs are from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Meet at the Visitor Center at 6087 E M-115 in Cadillac.
Tuesday, December 27: Salmon Scents Come play fun games and see if your nose is as good as a salmon’s nose! We will talk about salmon in Michigan, play a few games and make a craft for each of you to take home. Come join the fun! Dress for the weather.
Wednesday, December 28: Oh Deer! Come learn about Michigan’s white tail deer. We will play a game outside so dress for the weather. Afterward, stick around and make a craft to take home. All ages welcome.
Thursday, December 29: Pond Study Find out were fish go in the winter and what they eat. We will look at the different aquatic life. After the program, stick around and make some fishing lures. All ages welcome.
Friday, December 30: Black Bears
Join us to learn about bears and other animals that winter in Michigan. We will play a few games. We will be outside so dress for the weather. Afterward, stick around to make a track cast to take home. All ages are welcome.

January 1: Shoe Years Day!
Shoe years day- Come walk, ski, or snowshoe your way into that New Year resolution. We will have games for the kids, camp fire, Laser shoot, hot chocolate and much more.
